**You will receive an email confirming receipt of the request, unless noted otherwise. If you do not see the reply back within 24 business hours, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us by phone. A copy of the invoice and backflow report will be emailed as well upon completion, normally within a week of confirmation of your test request.

To order a test complete all of the required fields

    + If valve is outside, you need not be home for the test.
